Hillarie Hunt has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to learning and development. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Learning and Development at KEEN, an outdoor footwear brand focused on social and environmental justice. Prior to this, Hillarie worked at NWEA, a research-based organization, where they held positions such as Director of Learning and Development, Manager of Learning and Development, and Senior OD Specialist. Hillarie also has experience as a Children's Director at The Portland Revels and as an Associate Campus Director/Coach Manager at the University of Redlands for InsideTrack, where they supported colleges and universities in using coaching to enhance student experience. Additionally, Hillarie has worked as an Event Manager and Trainer at EventBuilder, a Contact Center Manager at CorVel Corporation, and held various roles at Tonkon Torp LLP Attorneys at Law and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.

Hillarie Hunt, CPTD, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Music, and Theater from California State University, Chico. Hillarie also completed Secondary Teaching Certificates in Education at the same institution. In 2018, Hunt obtained the CPTD certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified Help Desk Manager and in Management Development from STI Knowledge and AchieveGlobal, respectively. Hunt also possesses a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master certification.
