Sonia Roubeni

Head, Applied Science at KeeperAI

Sonia Roubeni is the current Head of Applied Science at KeeperAI. Sonia has also held previous positions as Principal Investigator at Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and Director of Research and Evaluation at Community of Unity.

Roubeni’s experience guiding a start-up in the development of a digital platform for B2B and B2C businesses to assess employee social-emotional/soft skills makes their uniquely qualified for their current role at KeeperAI. In their previous positions, they have also shown their ability to collaborate with various teams, interpret data inputs, and provide recommendations based on their findings.

Roubeni has also been responsible for leading the summer internship program at KeeperAI, where they developed the curriculum and served as a mentor to individual interns. Her experience in both research and evaluation makes their an asset to any organization.

Sonia Roubeni earned a BA in comparative literature and music from New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Sonia then went on to earn an MA in psychology from The City College of New York. Finally, they earned their Ph.D. in applied developmental psychology from Fordham University.

Sonia Roubeni reports to Vishal Ahluwalia, Founder & CEO. They work with Amy Stewart - Head, Marketing, Gary Albright - Head, HR Alliances, and Myles Hecker - VP, Strategy & Transformation.
