Jakob Østergaard Hegelund

Jakob Østergaard Hegelund is the current Chief Technology Officer at Keepit. Jakob has been deeply involved in product development for over two decades, from the idea stage to prototyping and actual delivery. Jakob has experience as a squad leader and reconnaissance patrol in the Danish Home Guard, and has also worked as an intern in a research group at the University of Tennessee.

Jakob Østergaard Hegelund has a M.Sc in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Jakob also has a Certificate of Proficiency in Yachting from Københavns Sejlerskole and is currently enrolled in the Danish National Guard.

Jakob Østergaard Hegelund reports to Morten Felsvang, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. They work with and Niels van Ingen - Chief Customer Officer.
