Mehmet İkbal Karli has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Software Specialist at Docuart for almost a year before moving on to On Teknoloji as a System Analyst. During their time at On Teknoloji, Mehmet worked on projects such as Talep Yönetim Sistemi and Kullanıcı Hesapları Entegrasyon Servisi. In 2010, they joined Dogan Online DOL as a Software Specialist, where they focused on projects such as Ekolay.net.

In 2012, Mehmet joined hepsiburada.com as a Senior Software Expert, where they contributed to the development of their software systems. Mehmet İkbal also worked as an Analyst Programmer at Doğuş Yayın Grubu for a year before returning to hepsiburada.com as a Senior Software Expert.

Mehmet İkbal Karlı completed their education from 1994 to 2001 at Nevşehir Anadolu Lisesi, where the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Following that, they attended Erciyes University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Bilgisayar Mühendisliği (Computer Engineering) from the Mühendislik Fakültesi (Faculty of Engineering).
