Kathryn Gerletti

Kathryn Gerletti has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over 14 years. Kathryn'smost recent position is as the Head of Human Resources at Keeta, where they were hired as the inaugural HR executive. In this role, they focused on optimizing HR processes, employee training, and compliance management for the organization across multiple states and countries. Kathryn developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) in partnership with executive leadership and oversaw various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development.

Prior to their role at Keeta, Kathryn served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Altior Healthcare from July 2021 to September 2022. Kathryn also held the position of Human Resources Director at Elite OrthoSport Physical Therapy and Performance from January 2018 to July 2021, where they were initially hired as a Business Manager and later expanded their scope to include HR management responsibilities. During their time at Elite OrthoSport, Kathryn supported the scaling of the organization through selective hiring and established key operational and HR systems and processes.

Before their position at Elite OrthoSport, Kathryn worked at Select Medical, where they held the roles of Office Manager from August 2011 to April 2015 and Patient Service Specialist from January 2008 to August 2011.

Kathryn Gerletti obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from UCLA Extension between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Arizona State University from 2003 to 2007.
