Nick Lord has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Nick began their career as an HR Specialist at Feltex Automotive, where they managed a team of HR Officers and oversaw multiple business units and factories. Nick then moved on to Makro Cash & Carry as an HR Manager, responsible for a store with a large turnover and a team of employees. Lord also worked as the Director of People Operations at Smart Currency Exchange, Smart Currency Business, Overseas Guides Company, and The Luxury Show - Ski & Property. In 2020, Lord joined The Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers as a Freeman. Throughout their career, Lord has focused on performance management, recruitment, training, employee relations, talent management, and other HR responsibilities.
