Justin Allen

Justin Allen is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and lean management. Currently serving as Operations Director UK at Kegstar since October 2023, Justin previously held significant roles including Site Director at Danfoss, where leadership focused on safety, quality, and cost management of manufacturing operations. Over the years, Justin has consistently improved employee engagement and productivity in various capacities at companies such as Plastivaloire, ThermoFisher Scientific, and FORWARD COMPOSITES LTD. Justin holds multiple degrees in engineering and management, including an MEng in Engineering Management from Brunel University of London and an MSc in Polymer Science and Engineering from London Metropolitan University.
