Colleen James

Colleen James has over 14 years of experience in various roles within the distribution and ecommerce industry. Colleen started their career at Hagemeyer North America in 1998 as a Customer Service Representative III, where they worked for almost 9 years. In 2007, they joined KeHE Distributors as a Senior Account Specialist - Ecommerce, where they successfully managed eight accounts, including Target and Walmart, to ensure the efficient fulfillment of drop-ship orders and supply of product specifications. Colleen was also recruited to turn around the company's Walmart account, where they eliminated discrepancies and recovered $20,000 in short pays. Recently, Colleen has taken on the role of Team Lead, E-Commerce Dropship at KeHE Solutions.
