Laura Laclair

Laura LaClair has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Laura is currently the Senior Director of Business Improvement at KeHE Distributors, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation for over 11 years, where they served as the Director of Strategic Program Planning and Communications. Laura'sresponsibilities included leading the Strategic Program Management team and implementing governance models for multiple project management offices. From 2002 to 2008, Laura was the sole proprietor and operator of WESTGATE CAFE, where they developed a business plan and established the cafe as a community-focused establishment. Laura also has prior experience at Deloitte, where they worked as a Senior Manager and Project Director, focusing on large-scale program management and the implementation of technology and process changes.

Laura LaClair has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on Management & Strategy and Organizational Behavior. Laura also holds a Bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences and Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
