Melissa Young

Melissa Young is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as HRBP/HR Manager at KeHE Distributors since July 2019, Melissa has also worked as a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA International LLC since April 2017 and has been the VP of Operations/HR Manager at Apex Construction Services, Inc. since January 2017. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Operations/HR Manager at SCL Health from March 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities included partnering with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and supporting employee development. Earlier in career, Melissa held the role of Business Manager at Blue Creek Elementary School from April 2003 to May 2009. Throughout career, Melissa has demonstrated transformative leadership and a strong commitment to organizational improvement.
