Adam Henderson

Adam has spent his career at the intersection of Real Estate and Technology. He has been an early investor, board member, founder, and advisor in a number of companies ranging from agribusiness/ private securities trading platforms, App development, to SaaS software with successful exits including an IPO. Adam is a Founding Member of Keiretsu Forum and an advisor to the Keiretsu Capital real estate fund. He developed and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for one of the early successful technology incubators which included an IPO, successful M&A and fundings for the incubator companies.

As President and CEO of Sleepy Hollow Inv. Co. Adam built a large multi-asset portfolio of commercial real estate over 24+ years achieving outsized returns for investors while maintaining a thoughtfulness and sensitivity to the communities and the environment he operated in. His real estate career involved multi-billions of dollars in transactions and construction.
