Aishwarya Singh is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Group Manager of Customer Success at Keka HR since April 2024. With extensive experience at ekincare as Associate Director of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager, Aishwarya has effectively led teams managing over 200 high-profile clients, including KPMG and Blackrock, focusing on client retention and user journey strategy. Prior roles include Senior Business Development Manager at BrandzGarage, Business Development Manager positions at Cyphertree Technologies and BrandzGarage, and Director at PetPedia Pvt. Ltd., where Aishwarya played a pivotal role in developing business models and market research. Aishwarya began the career with an Associate Software Engineer position at Accenture and has also contributed as a Team Lead at AIESEC and held a summer internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.
