Satu Halonen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR at Kekkilä-BVB since January 2024, overseeing BA Nordics and BA Global. Prior to this role, Satu worked as an HR Business Partner at Neova Group from May 2021 to December 2023, specializing in Kekkilä-BVB, Novactor, and Ventures. Satu's extensive career at Vapo Oy spanned from July 2005 to April 2021, during which Satu held multiple positions, including HR Business Partner, Process Manager, Manager of Environment, Quality, Risk Management & Safety, Operational Excellence Manager, Risk Manager & Compliance Officer, Development Manager, and Business Controller. Satu began the professional journey as a Financial Manager at Aplicom Oy from March 2001 to October 2003.
