Thomas has held leadership roles in communications at companies such as Kekst CNC, Schörghuber Unternehmensgruppe, Bayernwerk AG, and BetaResearch. Thomas also has a background in journalism and holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Cologne. Currently pursuing a degree in Systemic Business Coaching from the Münchner Akademie für Business Coaching.
