Tom Lubbock

Tom Lubbock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in political consulting and advisory roles. As the Founding Director at J.L. Partners since August 2019 and a Senior Adviser at Kekst CNC since April 2020, Tom has established a strong presence in the consultancy field. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant at Stonehaven and a Political Data Consultant for The Conservative Party from January 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Tom was a Lecturer in Politics at Brasenose College, Oxford, from October 2006 to October 2012. Educational credentials include a D.Phil in Political Science and a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE), both from the University of Oxford.
