Katja Kaihua

Katja Kaihua is an experienced Project Manager and Service Designer with a robust background in managing ICT deployment projects and service design within the public and financial sectors. Currently employed at Kela since June 2020, Katja has focused on the deployment of data management laws and service design projects. Previous roles include managing social care ICT projects at Digioiva Oy, leading a CRM replacement project at Business Finland, and implementing document management systems at Innovaatiorahoituskeskus Business Finland. Katja has also contributed to service design initiatives at Sitra and has a long history of managing IT projects across various banking institutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Aalto University and a Master of Business Administration in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
