Todd Weber

Todd Weber has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Todd began their career as a Senior Developer at Sodexo in 2007, where they helped build the next generation corporate ecommerce and distributed systems platform based on .NET and SQL technologies. In 2009, they worked as a Senior Developer at Vertasource/New Era Cap, where they converted the existing ASP.NET web forms application to a Flex 4.0 interface. Later that year, they moved to First Niagara Bank, where they led the development initiative to bring SOA and real time messaging solutions to bear. In 2010, they returned to Vertasource/New Era Cap as a Senior Developer, and in 2011 they moved to LocalEdge as a Senior Developer. In 2012, they joined Campus Labs as a Team Lead, where they worked across various teams to increase team and SAAS product health, stability, and agility. In 2014, they joined Yearbook, Inc. as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they were a key decision maker in a startup working with the CTO to manage the technical aspects of the 10 person product team. In 2016, they joined Privis Health as the Director of Engineering - Data Integration, and in 2017 they joined KeldairHR as the Engineering Director. At KeldairHR, they led a team responsible for developing, delivering, and operating world class SaaS products. Todd recruited, hired, and led a high-performing cross-functional team, managed career development and performance, set technical vision, long-term roadmap, and short term planning, championed culture development, oversaw full-scale system migration to the Azure cloud, and architected system rewrite to a distributed event-driven microservices design.

Todd Weber attended the University at Buffalo from 1995 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Todd then attended Messiah University from 1996 to 1997, studying Computer Science. Finally, they attended Buffalo State University from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a B.S in Computer Information Systems.
