Alfy Anto

Alfy Anto is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Senior Manager R&D COE at Kellanova since October 2023. Previously, Alfy held the position of Senior Manager R&D AMEA at Kellogg Company from April 2022 to October 2023. Alfy's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Scientist I and Scientist II at Mondelēz International, focusing on R&D AMEA from July 2018 to March 2022, and as Section Head R&D at MAYORA INDIA from June 2014 to July 2018. Alfy began the academic career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology at Sardar Patel University from October 2012 to June 2014. Alfy holds an Executive Management Programme in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and possesses a Master’s in Food Technology from the University of Mysore, as well as a B.Tech in Food Technology from Sardar Patel University.
