Eduardo Lemos is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, currently serving as CMO of Kellanova Brazil and Mexico since October 2023. Previously, Lemos held various senior marketing roles at Kellogg Company from June 2016 to October 2023, overseeing category development and growth strategies for snacks and cereals in Latin America. Prior to Kellogg, Lemos worked at Mondelēz Brasil, managing the biscuits category and launching key brands like belVita. Lemos began a career at Nestlé, focusing on brand management and portfolio strategies. Lemos holds an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
