Hou Heng

Hou Heng Tan is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in technology management and transformation. Currently serving as Regional Director of Information Technology at Kellanova since January 2022, Hou has played a key role in the company's strategic separation and realignment. Prior to Kellanova, Hou held significant positions at Johnson Controls, ABB, and GE, leading various IT initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Notable achievements include developing a technology transformation roadmap for APAC at Johnson Controls and overseeing IT leadership roles during ABB's acquisition of GE Industrial Solutions. Hou's career in IT began at PSA Corporation, where project management and systems analysis were foundational experiences. Educational qualifications include a Merit Degree from the National University of Singapore and various professional training at Crotonville Alumni and military institutions.
