Jeff Martin

Jeff Martin is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation leadership within the food industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director Global Technology, Development, and Innovation at Kellanova since October 2023, Jeff previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Kellogg Company from July 2012 to October 2023. These roles included leading the Global KWS Technical Center of Excellence and overseeing global process engineering initiatives. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Procter & Gamble from March 1998 to June 2012, where Jeff progressed from Technical Engineer to Engineering Section Head. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
