Zakiya Minifee

Zakiya Minifee is an experienced professional in talent and development, currently serving as Senior Manager, Talent & Development at Kellanova since September 2023. Prior to this role, Zakiya held the position of Principal Business Management in Technology Talent Enablement at AT&T from November 2021 to August 2023, where Zakiya designed and executed talent enablement strategies aligned with organizational goals and contributed to business transformation. Zakiya's experience includes serving as Program Manager for Talent Development at both Rock Central and Quicken Loans, working with executive leadership to drive talent and leadership initiatives.
