Ryan Retzlaff

Ryan Retzlaff is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Office Manager/PM at Keller Associates, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions at Brown and Caldwell as a Project Manager from April 2016 to December 2022, and at Parametrix as an Engineer from September 2012 to April 2016. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Water Resources Project Designer and Senior Engineer at Cardno WRG and Cardno, respectively, and as a Senior Project Designer and Project Designer at WRG Design. Ryan began their career as an Environmental Technician II at the City of Portland, BES from 1999 to 2003. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Water Resources, from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Surface Processes from Oregon State University.
