Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition, management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focusing on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. From February 2016 to 2019, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice and contributed as a university lecturer on applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
