Neil Hancock

Neil Hancock is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the geotechnical and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at KELLER since January 2017, Neil focuses on relationships with utilities, engineering, and construction companies involved in coal ash pond closures, promoting compliance with Coal Combustion Residuals regulations while also offering specialized services. Prior to KELLER, Neil was a Principal and Director at Golder Associates Inc. from September 1995 to January 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating business development efforts across Florida and supporting strategic planning for various practice groups. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Florida and Associate's degrees in Oceanographic Technology and Petroleum Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
