Micah Hoggatt

Litigation Counsel at Keller Lenkner

Micah Hoggatt is Counsel at Keller Postman LLC and a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

At Keller Postman, Micah is part of the team representing servicemembers, military families, and other civilians who were exposed to toxic water at U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in litigation against the U.S. government. He is honored to fight for the veterans and military families who have served this country.

Prior to joining Keller Postman, Micah founded Micah Hoggatt Law. In his practice, Micah serves clients across a variety of practice areas, including personal injury and wrongful death.

Spurred by the 9/11 attacks on the United States, Micah joined the Marine Corps Infantry as an Assaultman. Among other duty stations, Micah deployed to Iraq as a member of a Quick Response Force. He was later honorably discharged.

After completing his service in the Marine Corps, Micah received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, where he studied political science. He then worked in diplomatic security in Afghanistan for the U.S. Department of State before attending law school.

Micah earned his J.D. from Southern University. He also interned at the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
