Noah Heinz

Noah Heinz is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. He develops and hones creative legal arguments in complex, multi-party actions for plaintiffs in litigation and arbitration. In particular, he focuses on civil procedure, jurisdiction, conflict of law, preemption, and similar issues that set the stage for winning cases on the merits.

At Keller Postman, Noah briefs and argues dispositive motions in complex product liability and personal injury cases. He also briefs appeals and law-heavy motions in various other cases the firm litigates. Of his notable matters, Noah briefs legal issues for plaintiffs’ leadership in both the Zantac and Paragard MDLs.

Beyond briefing, Noah also represents individuals in arbitrations against Intuit, challenging its deceptive advertising and fees for its flagship TurboTax service.

Before joining Keller Postman, Noah was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, D.C., where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, with a focus on law and briefing at the trial and appellate levels.

Noah served as a law clerk for Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an articles editor on the Harvard Law Review and an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He was first in his class at The King’s College in New York, with a degree in politics, philosophy, and economics.
