Kevin Ortiz

Kevin Ortiz has a diverse work experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Kevin is currently working as a National Team Leader/Coach/Realtor at Empire Builders eXp@eXp since January 2024. Previously, they worked at Keller Williams Realty DTC where they held various roles such as CEO/Team Leader/Realtor and CO CEO/CO Team Leader/Realtor. Kevin also served as the Vice Chairman/Director at South Metro Denver REALTOR Association and had a tenure as a Senior Mortgage Banker at The Mortgage Company. In addition, they were the Vice President/Owner at First Money Mortgage and Assistant Vice President at Associates Financial Services. Kevin's experience includes working with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors, as well as assisting customers with mortgage refinancing.

Kevin Ortiz has pursued education in the field of Business, Management, and Marketing at Fort Lewis College. Additionally, they have also studied Real Estate at the Armbrust Real Estate Institute. Furthermore, Kevin Ortiz has obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the State of Colorado / Division of Real Estate.
