Phuong Nguyen

MCA at Keller Williams Realty

Phuong Nguyen is currently an MCA at Keller Williams Realty. Before that, they were with Philadelphia Women in Film and Television, Temple University, The Women's Film Festival, and Asian Arts Initiative. At Asian Arts Initiative, they were the Manager of Development and Communications, and was responsible for leading the staff in marketing, communications, and development/fund raising. Phuong was also responsible for developing and maintaining a network of all major Philadelphia philanthropic entities through scheduled and ad hoc grant writing. Nguyen was successful in meeting the annual fund raising goals of $50k for annual benefit galas and successfully raised $12k for Asian Arts Initiative’s 20/20/Visionary Donor Fund campaign. Additionally, they maintained a detailed database of Asian Arts Initiative’s individual donor base which has greatly enhanced fund raising effectiveness.

Nguyen has also been a Board Member for Philadelphia Asian American Film and Filmmakers since February 2013, and a Co-Founder/Partner of Phoenix & Hawk Studios. Most recently, they were a Production Consultant for In My Little Corner of the World, Anyone Would Love You by Sharon Hayes from February 2016 to April 2016.

Phuong Nguyen has a Bachelor's in Psychology from Temple University and an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
