Elga Reana Tozzi is a highly experienced tax professional, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Kellerhals Carrard since May 2022 and as a Founding Partner at Tozzi Tax Advisory LLC since January 2021. With a focus on providing comprehensive tax advice for SMEs, start-ups, multinational enterprises, and high net worth individuals, Elga possesses extensive expertise in international tax matters, corporate succession planning, reorganisations, M&A, and private equity transactions. Previously, Elga held various positions including Tax Counsel at Niederer Kraft Frey, Tax Partner at Baryon AG, and roles at GlencoreXstrata Plc and Xstrata, overseeing corporate tax affairs and leading transfer pricing initiatives. Additionally, Elga worked at Ernst & Young as an Executive Director in International Tax Services and headed the Tax Department at Schweizerische Treuhandgesellschaft.
