Tyler J. Bohman

Tyler Bohman focuses his practice on all aspects of labor and employment law and commercial litigation. He defends employers against various employment claims filed in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. With extensive experience representing employers with issues and claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employee discipline, wage and hour violations, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, union collective bargaining, grievances and unfair labor practice charges, Tyler also acts as de facto in-house employment counsel for corporations of various sizes and industries. He enjoys counselling employers to efficiently avoid litigation in line with their business goals and succeeding in any litigation that does result due in large part to effective pre-litigation counselling.
