William Lee is a law clerk in the firm’s New York office and is not admitted to any Bar.

While in law school, William was an extern in the Enforcement Division (Trial Unit) of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s New York Regional Office and an intern in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
