Abhijeet Ghosh

Abhijeet Ghosh has a diverse work experience. Abhijeet started their career in 2013 as a Process Advisor at Sitel, where they handled inbound calls for Equifax Credit Bureau, assisting customers with queries and issues related to their credit reports and identity theft. Abhijeet then joined Kellton Tech Solutions Limited in 2015 as a Business Development Professional. In this role, they focused on generating leads and promoting IT and software solutions provided by the company.

Later, Abhijeet joined Kellton in 2017 and held various positions. Abhijeet started as a Senior Business Development Professional, where they were responsible for handling inbound calls and chats, gathering information from clients and prospects, and forwarding them to the relevant teams. Abhijeet also conducted data research and analysis to support the outbound team.

In 2019, Abhijeet was promoted to the role of Senior Executive - Inbound Sales & Marketing. Here, they handled inbound calls and chats, assessed leads, and gathered information about clients' IT and software requirements. Abhijeet also conducted market research and analysis to support the team.

After that, Abhijeet became a Team Lead - Inbound Marketing Support and ChatOps in 2022. In this position, they provided support to the inbound marketing team, managed the ChatOps team, and captured marketing qualified leads for the sales team. Abhijeet also ensured the accuracy of information in Salesforce accounts.

Currently, Abhijeet holds the position of Lead - Digital Marketing at Kellton since the year 2024.

Abhijeet Ghosh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Analytics and Data Science from Manipal University Jaipur. Abhijeet earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in SQL and Relational Databases, Tableau, Python for Data Science, and Online Marketing Fundamentals.
