Mack Heffner

Mack Heffner possesses extensive experience in the power generation and customer service sectors, primarily through roles at Kelly Generator and Equipment, Inc., where responsibilities include serving as Parts Research Coordinator, Rental Technician, and Generator Technician since May 2014. Mack is Generac Air Cooled Certified and demonstrates strong expertise in various brands such as Cummins, CAT, Kohler, and Briggs & Stratton. Previous positions at Dunham's Sports involved sales and customer service, with a focus on new associate training and product knowledge. Mack also completed an internship as a Generator Technician at Kelly Generator and Equipment for a brief period in 2013. An Associate’s degree in On-Site Power Generation was earned from Pennsylvania College of Technology between 2011 and 2014.
