With a decade of experience prior at Kelly, Eduardo held various roles including National Recruitment Manager and Sourcing Manager, focusing on specialized recruitment and strategic client collaboration. Eduardo's expertise encompasses search and selection for middle to senior management positions across multiple sectors, as well as extensive administrative and client management tasks from earlier roles. Eduardo started the career as a Human Resources Trainee at Banco BiG, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal.
