Cecilia Archambault is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of US Operations & Compliance at Kelly since May 2000, Cecilia provides strategic leadership across multiple staffing clients and talent management in the US South region. Previously, Cecilia held the title of Vice President - Engagement Lead for US Operations in the Southeast and excelled as Sr. District Manager, overseeing sales and operations in the Central Florida market. Prior to their tenure at Kelly, Cecilia managed human resources at BD Medical Systems, focusing on employee relations and corporate initiatives, and at BEAVER-VISITEC INTERNATIONAL SALES LIMITED, where responsibilities included recruitment and employee development. Cecilia's educational background includes studies at the University of South Florida.
