Jorge Puente

Jorge Puente serves as the Senior Vice President of Kelly Engineering, where responsibilities include leading the division with full P&L oversight and positioning the company as a market leader in engineering talent solutions. Prior to joining Kelly in August 2020, Jorge Puente held various significant leadership roles at SLB from January 2001 to June 2019, including Global Head of Business Performance Management, where a multi-year digital and operational transformation initiative resulted in a 30% boost in efficiency. As Regional Director for Continental Europe and Ecuador, accomplishments included increasing profitability and tripling revenue, respectively, through strategic initiatives and innovative product launches. Jorge Puente holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
