Pranita Biswas

Pranita Biswas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and delivery management, currently serving as Sr. Manager Delivery and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Techaxis, Inc. since May 2014, an executive search firm specializing in the IT services industry in the USA. Prior to Techaxis, Pranita worked at HDFC Life from April 2010 to February 2013, managing a pilot project for the Service Desk in online insurance, overseeing operations, quality, training, and up-selling in a contact center environment. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Associate and Team Lead at FirstSource Solution Limited from September 2005 to February 2010, where responsibilities involved analyzing email communications and conducting root cause analysis for O2 Telecommunication's customer service processes.
