Keith Grade

Keith Grade currently serves as Vice President of BPO P&I Recruiting at Kelly Professional & Industrial since November 2023. With a long-standing career at Kelly Services, beginning in May 2009, Keith has held several key positions, including Director of Business Outsourcing Operations and Senior Director of Business Outsourcing Operations, along with serving as Key Account Manager in the Office of Johnson & Johnson. Prior to joining Kelly Services, Keith was Vice President at Volt Services Group from 2005 to March 2009 and held the position of Associate Vice President at CoWorx Staffing Services from 1988 to 2005. Keith Grade earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from American International College.
