Matt S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process and performance excellence within the business process outsourcing sector. Currently serving as Director of Process & Performance Excellence for BPS Operations at Kelly since July 2020, Matt previously held similar roles at KellyOCG from April 2010 to July 2020. Prior to that, Matt was a Lean Transformation and Quality Turnaround Expert at GBWS Enterprises Ltd and served as Acting Quality Manager at Dos Manos Technologies, where significant reductions in defects were achieved. Matt also held various managerial positions in the automotive manufacturing industry, including Plant Manager at Mexican Industries and Materials, Tooling & Launch Manager at Top Source Automotive. Matt holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has engaged in further education at the University of Michigan.
