Troy Wilkes

Troy Wilkes is a seasoned professional in operations and recruitment, currently serving as Branch Operations Supervisor and Lead Recruiter at Kelly since May 2021. In this role, Troy oversees daily operations, manages the hiring process, and leads team meetings focused on personal goals and staffing needs. Prior to this, experience includes positions as Case Manager at CoreCivic, Personnel Supervisor at Select Staffing, and several roles in recruiting, including Planning and managing career fairs and screening applicants. Educationally, Troy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained in 2014.
