Floriane Charpentier has a diverse work experience history. From 2016 until the present, they have been working at KellyDeli, initially as the Head of Marketing for Kelly Loves, and later as a Marketing Manager for the Kelly Loves range. In these roles, they were responsible for new product development, coordinating launches in multiple markets, and managing packaging designs. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing & NPD Manager at Sushi Daily, where they implemented marketing plans, developed new products, and managed cross-functional projects. Before joining Sushi Daily, Floriane worked as an Account Manager at ByJosephine, where they managed the B2B unit, assisted with various aspects of the business, and handled social media management. Floriane also had a part-time role as a waitress at Entrecôte South Yarra while interning at ByJosephine. Additionally, Floriane gained valuable hospitality experience as a Floor Staff member at L'Abri Côtier during their summer breaks. Finally, they started their career as a Marketing Assistant at KellyDeli in 2014. Floriane Charpentier earned a Master's degree in International Management from Audencia from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Floriane attended Kyoto University in 2012 for an exchange year in Business. From 2011 to 2013, Floriane studied at Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II) and obtained a Licence in Business/Managerial Economics.
