Lesley Fong has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Lesley is currently working as the Head of NPD at KellyDeli, starting in July 2021. Before that, Lesley worked at Greencore where they held various roles including Innovation Manager from January 2020 to July 2021, Sushi Product Development Manager from January 2019 to January 2020, Senior Product Developer from October 2015 to January 2019, and Food Product Developer from an unknown start date to October 2015. Prior to their time at Greencore, they worked as a Product Development Coordinator at Jigsaw Foods from an unknown start date to 2013, and as a Sensory & Product Guidance Technologist at Premier Foods from an unknown start date to 2012.

Lesley Fong obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph from 2005 to 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2010, Lesley pursued further education at the University of Nottingham, completing a Masters of Research in Biosciences with a specialization in Food Flavours - Food Science and Technology.
