Louise Moneypenny

Louise Moneypenny has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2020. Louise began their career as an Education Intern at Intel Corporation, where they worked on various projects and logistical teams. Louise then joined Embassy Suites for an internship program in hotel operations. Following that, they worked at Hilton Worldwide as a Recruitment Officer and later as a Human Resources Officer.

In 2012, Louise joined Nando's UK as an HR Advisor and later transitioned to the role of Recruitment Coordinator and then Regional Recruitment Consultant. Louise then moved to Byron, where they served as the Recruitment and Talent Manager for Byron UK and later as the Head of Recruitment, Talent, and Training.

In 2018, Louise joined Lion as a Talent Business Partner, specifically focused on the IT and Supply Chain departments. Louise then took on a period of traveling before joining Bill's Restaurants in 2019 as the Head of Resourcing. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR at KellyDeli, where they have been working since July 2020.

Louise Moneypenny completed their Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on Human Resources at Dublin City University from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, they obtained a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management from DPG plc. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Building Resilience" and "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit" from LinkedIn in June 2021, "Rolling out a DIBs Training Program in Your Company" from LinkedIn in July 2020, and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn in June 2020.
