Kailee Cunningham

Kailee Cunningham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management across various companies. At KellyMitchell Group, Kailee currently serves as Sr. Managing Director for the Southeast Region, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kailee worked as Market Sales Manager at The Intersect Group from June 2023 to October 2024 and as Director of Business Development at Marathon TS from December 2022 to June 2023. Previous experience includes positions at TEKsystems, where Kailee was an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter focused on Data Center Services. Additional roles include work at TowneBank in Deposit Services and at the Washington Redskins in Finance & Accounting Services. Kailee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University, obtained in 2017, and completed high school at Norfolk Academy in 2013.
