Scott Nailor

Scott Nailor currently serves as Assistant Chief at Win-Bur-Sew Fire Protection District since August 2023. With extensive experience at Kelso-Burnett Co. since January 1994, Scott has held various roles including Division Manager, Project Manager, General Foreman, and Lead Installer. Prior to this, Scott served as a Hull Technician in the US Navy from November 1989 to July 1993. Educationally, Scott attended Winnebago High School from 1987 to 1989 and continued on-the-job training until 2015.
