Cahill Hughes

Cahill Hughes is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in the construction industry. Currently, Cahill serves as the commercial lead for the 2 Aldermanbury Square project and the IBM Building redevelopment at Keltbray since March 2023. As the owner of Hughes Quantity Surveyors since November 2022, areas of expertise include Ground Works and RC Frame Works, along with External Works. Prior experience includes a Senior Quantity Surveyor role at JRL Group Ltd, where Cahill provided commercial support for complex projects, and positions at JN Bentley Ltd, Shanco Construction Ltd, and Quigg Golden, focusing on negotiation, contract management, and financial forecasting. Educational qualifications include a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Ulster and additional certifications in Leadership and Business Communications.
