Paul Mulligan

Paul Mulligan is a seasoned quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Novus Property Solutions since May 2023, Paul previously held the position of Quantity Surveyor at ISG from February 2014 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at FOZ CONTRACT SERVICES LTD and Integral UK Ltd, both as a Quantity Surveyor. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in September 2012.
