Alison Servi

Alison Servi has extensive work experience in various roles spanning over a decade at different companies.

Starting in 2020, Alison worked as the Executive Vice President at Material. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Kelton Global. From 2007 to the present, they served as President, Partner, and Vice President at Kelton Global.

During their time at Kelton Global, Alison's roles included Senior Director of Organizational Development & Learning from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on implementing organizational development and learning initiatives to support growth objectives. Alison also worked as the VP of Strategy & Learning from 2015 to 2016 and as a Director of Research & Strategy from 2012 to 2013.

Before these positions, Alison was an Associate Director from 2010 to 2011 and a Project Manager from 2007 to 2009 at Kelton Global.

Alison Servi completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Alison then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, from 2011 to 2013.
