Mochamad Muafi

Mochamad Muafi is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in the Indonesian government and academia. Currently serving as a Legal Analyst at Kementerian Sekretariat Negara RI since February 2021, Mochamad prepares legal analyses and opinions for the President, the Government, and various institutions on matters of civil law, state administration, and international arbitration. Previously, Mochamad held the position of Executive Secretary for the Minister of State Secretary RI from March 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included reviewing schedules, preparing briefings, and assisting with speech preparation for the President. Additionally, Mochamad has experience as an Analyst for Technical Foreign Cooperation focusing on non-United Nations organizations and worked as a Legal Researcher at the University of Brawijaya. Mochamad's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Legal Professions course, and a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Brawijaya.
